H1 Soft Top - take on/off help
a bit of silicone in the channel makes it easier -- the rest is an easy 10 minute job of tightening straps and cinching velcro. It's pretty cool driving around in a convertable that big. Eating dirt on the trail is another story though.
Probably took about 5-10 minutes to take off and about 10-15 minutes to put back on by myself. If I had another person feeding the front into the channel while I pulled it across it would have been REAL easy.
Not sure how the other tops are but I have a 2002 thats insulated and most of it is velcro with just the front and then either side in the back by the roll bars sliding down a channel like the front.

A handy tip to make putting the top back on a 1 man job, spray the A-pillar channel at the front with Silicon lube spray.
I do this with any channels (ie. window channels as well) keeps things nice and lubricatted, and makes sliding the top off the A Pillar super easy.
Not sure how this works with pre-98 trucks since they have a different method of sliding the top on.
