Greetings fellow H2 enthusiasts - an H1 is for sale locally ('92 w/ 6.2L diesel, 54k miles) for $15k. Is it worth looking into? I thought these were becoming rare and expensive. I've never driven one but saw one in a showroom years ago and it sure looked like an ergonomic disaster. I'd sure appreciate any helpful comments, including skip!

 

It would be a fun hunting or off road vehicle, not so much for for daily driving. The later models were much more refined.

 

Man, at $15k, I'd have to bite and try it. It is going to be old and antiquated but they are becoming rarer and rarer, so I'd have to take the chance.
