The engine is in very good condition!

The Motor ran only 83.100 Miles
and the fuel Systeme was modefied.

You'll have to be more specific, there was several different engines/options and castings available for the H1 depending on year.
If it's a mid to late 90's GM 6.5 turbo 506 block, I'd say there's a risk in using it knowing about the cracking cylinder issues.
