Does colour make one alpha more desirable from another? I have been finding black to be at a premium - also all black interior
I have found a one owner for about 50k more black compared to yellow with around 8k miles more

To a degree yes color makes a difference. Just like with cars certain colors sell better. Yellow has never been a big seller. White, black, silver are all probably good. If you go to the Adventure Acessories website they have a year by year listing which will tell you how many of each color were made per year. For the 2006 year the first "half" of production had a two tone interior. The second half of production had all all dark interior. Many preferred the all dark interior. Personally I preferred the two tone. Alpha prices are all over the map and there isn't always rhyme or reason for it. The all dark is probably more desirable for a lot of people.
