I have a 2001 H1 6.5TD Wagon. I have had a leak in the passenger floor sense I got the truck used about 2 months ago. At first the leak was minor. This holiday I had taken on the task of fixing the leak. Just could not stand anotherear full from the wife as she gets hershoes wet. I have found that the issue is a crazy design of the condensation discharge. The plastic hose fittings that connect the ac discharge tank to the exit hose had snapped off both exit pointsdue to weak plastic nipples.

I have now installed new metal nipple hose connections into the factory housing. The part I am in question is the back pressure of the system. The system generates 2-3 lbs ofpressure in the discharge line, is this normal?
