Manny is the man to talk to on that he is certified to certify!
he goes by hmcoleapon this forum.
I just wished Canada had something like this, emailed the local search and rescue department and got a response about there isnt enough demand for rescues in such remote areas that Hummers would be needed.

I am wondering the same thing about the Cincinnati/Dayton Ohio area. I singed up for the HummerClub last week and paid my dues. However I am somwhat concerned because the site looks really outdated and I recieved nothing confirming my membership. They were however very quick to take the money from my account. Is this just how they work?

As for the HOPE program your best bet is to contact them directly at http://www.hummerhope.com/and than contact your local Red Cross. The HOPE site will give you all the details that you'll need to get into the program.
