H 2
At that price its going to have well over 150,000 miles and be a 2003 to 2006 or so..... and will be needing a few thousand put into it to get it nice like you will want it.
Interior and exterior parts are very expensive since none are made anymore. Drive train parts, not too bad unless you get into the H2 specific bits but most drive train stuff is the same on GM trucks for the same era.
At that price point though, unless you get incredibly lucky..... any or all of these.
heavily worn front seats
roof leaks
paint not so great
high mileage - probably over 200,000 but certainly over 150,000
desperate need of a major service (tuneup, differential, transfer case, cooling system)
high probability that the suspension will be worn out and will need all new shocks, bushings, control arms, links, etc.
stuff likely missing like jack components, manual, original floor mats, etc
Good luck but at the price point and even up to around 15k you will likely have quite a bit of work ahead of you unless the prior owner took excellent care of things and is just giving it away.

You need to check some value sites and figure out that H2's are still worth much more than $10k........Not to mention probably the worst place to look for one is a hummer forum since most of us cherish our rigs and wouldn't even consider letting them go for $10k, actually a little insulting lol.
