Grilling Bobby Hicks
My hubby is a writer and a producer. He and his partner (Tommy) have a company called Stimulus Films. They have written several scripts and have been filming one of the scripts, Grilling Bobby Hicks, they (and another guy) wrote. Filming started last year and final pick-up shots should be finsihed in a couple months.
Marc (my hubby) and Tommy just finished editing the trailor for the film and I was wondering what you guys/gals (my peeps) thought of it.
You can view it at: www.myspace.com/stimulusfilms or http://one.revver.com/watch/174030

So....(speaking of crap) would you be familiar with "Full Moon Productions".......and Lash Larue?
HummBob.....Here is your chance to get EXCLUSIVE distribution rights for "Grilling"........
Red carpet premier.....Stars galore.....Hummer limos.......A spot on E Network........
Thanks guys!
Yet to be determined if it will be a theatrical or straight to DVD, they are shopping for distribution. Everyone would love for it to go theatrical, but who knows …
It was filmed in high def with the new Panasonic hdx900, so that the quality is there for a theatrical release. My hubby wants to rent a theater room for the premiere even if they go straight to DVD, just to be able to see it on the big screen. [8D]
The little guy is Two Foot Fred, he’s part of Musik Mafia with Gretchen Wilson and Big and Rich.
The guy at the end actually had two parts in the film, he played the mechanic, Juan, that is at the table scene that says, “is that by any certain day or just in general” and he also plays Juan’s father, Old man Whampler. He’s a really talented up-and-coming actor his name is Bill Oberst. He is really known for his Lois Grizzard impersonations. Ya'll may not know who Lois Grizzard is, but he was a well known writer in the South. A real funny guy!
Thanks again guys … we’re really excited about it, no matter what it does. It’s been a dream of Marcs and Tommy for a long time to actually film and finish a movie. When it is finally finished I’ll let you all know.
