Got Gun?
I have a Mossberg 500 12ga. for hunting and a Mossberg 22 plinkster for fun shooting. I dont have any hand guns yet. Assault Rifles are alot of fun but I really dont see the point in having one unless you plan on using it. But I would like to get a 9mm and my CCW for those days when I go downtown.
I use the Contender for hunting... it'll drop a deer at 300 yards... the 357 is my traveling companion. I didn't take pics of the shotgun or rifle....I love them too, but the pistols are my babies.. I just cleaned and rig ragged them yesterday.... I love the smell of the nitro solvent!
Well, I discovered a thread in which I can actually post and be knowledgable to the subject (since I have yet to purchase my H3.) I am not really all that into firearms so I have not purchased that many. I have gone with the quality over quantity thing and purchased weapons that serve a purpose for what I need. In advance, I apologize as to the size of the photos.
The first weapon I purchased was a Glock 21C in .45 ACP. I initially had a Surefire X200 mounted on it but replaced it with a X300 light as soon as they were released. Also added is a Surefire SL Switch so I can activate the light when using a single hand grip on the pistol. This is my duty gun forty hours out of the week.

For occasional use off-duty or as a plainclothes duty pistol I went with the Glock 30 so I could retain the same caliber and handling characteristics as my main duty pistol. At most times, it is my home gun, with the "old" X200 light on it.

Having two pistols I directed my attention to long guns. My first long gun purchase was the Benelli M4 shotgun. This has proven to be the best money I have spent in firearms. It is reliable, fast and simply sexy. During range training and shotgun qual, I used this on the Dosier Drill and it wasn't even fair. This is the one weapon I would keep if I had to sell three of the four. Since purchase I contacted Benelli's L.E. Division and obtained the factory two round extention as well as the collapsible stock. Also added was a Mesa Tactical side saddle shell holder. The only remaining items needed for the gun are a Vicker's Tactical 2-Point Sling and maybe an Aimpoint Micro T-1 optic.

My final purchase was to address the need for an urban patrol rifle. I wanted/needed something compact and extremely well built so I went with the Colt LE6933 Commando which is produced with the 11.5" barrel in Factory SBR configuration. Since I received the rifle in the summer of 2007, I have added the following to make the rifle work perfectly for me: an EOTech 552 holographic sight, a GG&G MADD back-up iron sight, a Lewis Machine & Tool SOPMOD stock with battery storage, a Knight's Armament (KAC) M4 RAS rail system, a Surefire X300 LED light and a single point sling which connects to a KAC single point mount located at the rear of the receiver. For magazines, I have switched to the PMAG produced by Magpul Industries.

Each has served me perfectly and been a worthwhile investment. Having completed these items (may add a combat 1911 at some point), it is time to move on into the Hummer arena and the planning for an Alpha model H3.

ETA by ZGX: Thank you for trying Blackbear, through some extra time with MS Paint I was able to just reduce the size and resave them. Hopefully that worked and aided in reducing their size on the screen.
