Yea you ain't kidding, well made racks tho it takes a while to get them AND it arrives freight on a 200# pallet standing on edge..

 

Yes, comes with everything and more they throw in a crapload of washers in case you need to raise it up a bit ( if you have the crossbars )
As for the tire mount you'll need 4 lugs to mount the tire..
The mount is a plate with 4 studs mounted on a 1.5"(?) threaded rod to adjust the hight for tire width...

 

Yea they can't be beat, I have two sets of Rigid lights on my KLR 650..
A set of spots: Rigid Industries LED Lighting | LED Lights, Offroad, Marine, Truck
And fogs: Rigid Industries LED Lighting | LED Lights, Offroad, Marine, Truck

The ones I put on the Hummer are much more for the looks of them then for their lighting capabilities ...

 

Rigid makes some bad a$$ lights...

that would finish the look off..... I like the look of the rack but If I had it on mine I wouldnt be able to park in my garage....

 

I went with the stealth rack on my 2 so I could fit her in the garage. Just bought wheels also but stayed with 35's as badly as I wanted 37's. I just can't bring myself to put my rig in the AZ heat and sun year round.
