It was a good read. Similar story to the International Harvester small truck line.
The scout was a great selling small truck with a diesel engine option.

 

Were some of the lucky ones I guess, I get more compliments in my h3t than in my c6 corvette lol. Anyway there is a rumor of GM buying AM general who makes humvees, I hope they’d buy them out and relaunch the hummer brand, think about a new h3t with dssv shocks like the zr2 only newer

 

You can dream all you want.
It will NEVER happen, HUMMER as a brand is DEAD. Gone the way of IH, Ponitac, Olds, Tucker, Packard, etc.
