Unhappy Good bye guys

Well, 5 years to the day I picked up my ordered H3 I'll no longer have the H3. I really liked driving it, but it now needs it's third head replacement and it's off warrenty. Time to move on. I'll still wave to you, and with all five fingers.

Class act to come say goodbye...I think I would of bailed on the vehicle too with those problems.

We get letters from the dealer we got our 2007 H3 from all the time asking if they can buy it back for around $22+K, (depending on mileage and condition). They got heavy demand for them and can't get any....we have thought about it once or twice, but it is a hard vehicle to leave behind , especially now since they are not being made anymore.

Safe travels in whatever you end up in bud.

Good luck and farewell!

Our '06 is over 100K now and I'm very impressed with the way the interior, body, driveline, and chassis are holding up. When it comes to the engine, I'm with you. For a purpose built truck engine, the I5 can be a letdown from the durability standpoint. Considering that it was in production for a few years already for the small GM pickups, it should have been flawless already for the H3.

HA! I've been a member of some Ford truck and Cadillac boards and it's the same there. I gota go strip some stuff off the H3 tonight.

Later, Dad!

Hope you find a vehicle that give you a smile on your face every morning like the HUMMERs in our driveway do.
