You can, but there isn't much point. If they are charging over what the supplier discount is, then why not get one that wasn't a demo? If they are charging you under the supplier price, then it won't help you.

i looked up supplier pricing on the one like I'm looking at and it was $41,600 new

I am gettind demo for $36K. I think i'm getting abetter deal with demo........................
