It's always been my understanding that about any all wheel drive vehicle will probably bark the tires on a tight turn if your gassing through the turn. I usually try to coast through tight turns.

Default Need help with the radius ASAP

I borrowed my friends 2006 h3 today and went to wash it at my house. On the way back I was having issues with the turn radius. At times it didn't even want to go and I was stuck. I cleaned dash near the 4x4 control buttons. Did I hit something or what could be going on. I couldn't even properly park in a parking spot. I need immediate help. Thank you.

Default scrubbing

We all know the outside tire moves further than the inside, right?
That means the outside of each tire goes further than the inside of that tire.
In a 40 foot inside diameter circle the inside of the tire would go apx 120 feet. If it were 12 inches wide, the outside would go apx 126 feet.

I wondered why I was hearing that when i know i'm not in a lock mode, thats why.

pi times 40, pi times 42. 3,14,I chopped at 3 for simple numbers.

You are stuck in 4 Hi Lock. Shift out of 4 Hi Lock and into 4 Hi, back up a distance to relieve the torque in the TC, then shift it if it did not work the first time.
