Saw a Diamond Shamrock near McAllen, TX selling regular for $1.90. I thought that was low until I was another gas station selling for $1.84!

paid through the nose again today, but had to share my experience. as i'm waiting to hit the pump shutoff at $65, the kid on the pump on the back of mine comes back to his car, yakkin' on the phone, gets in mommy's new 2 seater beemer convertible (top down) and pulls out. I dive for cover as the hose snaps apart at the quick disconnect, with the big steel connector slammin' into mommies beemer. i dust myself off and watch as he comes back to pull the hose out of his car and lay it next to the pump, then get back in the car and drive off. that's a first for me, i've had people tell me they've done it, but i've never seen it. i've seen Motorhead live, and now this. if i were to die tomorrow, i can say i've seen everything i ever wanted to see.

and now back to your regularly scheduled program.

That's why I sometimes wish I had a driving camera in my car! I'd make a lot of dough sending these videos to America's funniest videos! Gotta give this nitwit credit, though, for coming back and returning the hose. LOL!!

i'd be curious to know what mommy said about the scratch that has to be on the trunk. that hose really flew, lucky it didn't crack him in the back of the head. although, that would have been hilarious, as long as it didn't kill him.
