why is selling tickets for over face value illegal but buying a new playstation 3 for a couple hundred bucks and selling it on ebay for $3000 not? This is getting ridiculous!! There were 2 people shot and killed in this area while waiting on line for the release of ps3...for a friggen video game!!! When I was a kid we had Pong and then Atari 2600 and loved em, and we didn't have to camp out for three days in front of best buy to buy one either. I could be way off on this but I think someone needs to step in and do something about this, I say make it illegal to resell new merchandise for more than face value.

Scapling tickets shouldn't be illegal...it's just capitalism as work...and it's a beautiful thing. The free market is always the best choice.
