Looks sweet! I'm holding off on getting one. I ordered a 30 inch light bar for the front bumper. I think a 50 incher with the g2 mount might look odd on an otherwise stock h3.

 

I am in the middle of installing these. There were no instructions in the box.... what's the deal with these reverse rivets?? do you drill from the inside of the cabin? Got any pics? I'm lost on this install.....

 

Looks good. I just got my G2 brackets. Did you have to bend them in for a better fit or was it just right with the 50" cradle? My light bar is is short 3 inches. I can either use spacers or order a cradle.

I bought a 50 inch led bar off of e-bay for a hundred bucks. Then ordered the G2 mounts. I did not have to bend the brackets they worked just fine. I did go to the hardware store and buy two rubber washers to slide between the light and the mount. If you do not have a rivnut tool and want to install the rivnuts yourself with the nut and bolt method GO to the hardware store and purchase a grade 8 bolt. The one that they send is weak and bent. Also the mounting bolts I received were not long enough. I opted for some stainless steel and about a 1/2 inch longer.


Also if you go with the e-bay knock off light. Go buy some clear silicone and take the light apart and reseal it. They leak.
