My H2 has 130k on it as of right now, and has been great. I'm wanting to do some mods to it and am not even sure where to start. I really want to do the diesel conversion but from a cost stand point makes no sense, yet I want more power and torque. My question is this should I just build a stronger 6.0 motor and put a supercharger, go with possibly a bigger motor in general and leave it naturally aspirated? What mods will I need to do on the stock motor to make it strong enough for more power?I will be using the H2 at some point for towing a boat also. Some of the other mods I will be doing is a Fabtech 6" lift kit bigger rims, tires, and some exhaust bolt ons. I am a complete newbie to doing these types of mods, any help would be great.

 

Going through the same dilemma on both trucks. Neither has the power I hoped they'd have, they're just so damn heavy. Wife is not gonna let me spend 30 grand for something I can't be buried in, so the diesel convert is out. Think I can drop 5 on a turbo, but not convinced on doing it. Old enough now that I just want to get in and go.
