Full 35 tires not 315's on 17 rim clearance
I am looking at getting some rims on my shadow green h3 and I have a rim that I like but it's a 17 inch and I found I tire I like but it doesn't come in a 315 only 35 I know 315 is what some say it IS a 35 but its NOT its 34.6 inches and a 35 is 35.4 so I am gonna get the rcx 2.5 lift just to be safe on scrubs front and rear also with turning really really sharp so if anyone is running a full 35 tell me about the handling and clearance when turning and when it's squating if any scrubs.

Sounds good to throw some 35s on there. I have 315s on mine and I would say you'll be ok without doing a lift. As many others have said on here a thousand times before just crank up your TBs. As for rubbing mine rub a little on the sway bar but only because the tires I have have pretty big side lugs. If you have any rubbing problems you can always get spacers and that will fix that problem. Or you can get wheels that will allow the tires to stick out farther. What kind of tires are you getting? Be sure to post pics for everyone to see whenever you get them done.

Hankook dynapro m/t looks almost like the nitto trail grappler but cheaper and good reviews and as the rim goes its the pro comp alloy series 7031 flat black. The only reason I want the rcx lift is its cheap ($70)and gives me more clearance.

2nd. A torsion bar rekey (the RCX lift) will NOT give you any more clearence over just a simple adjustment of the torsion bars. Save yourself the cash and use it toward a good alignment after you adjust your t-bars to no more than 23 1/2" from point to point.
Tire info:
Hankook Dynapro M/T IS a 315
LT315/70R17 34.5" per their own site.
Nitto Trail Grappler comes in both 315 and 35"
LT315/70R17 34.6" per their own site
35x12.50R17LT 34.8" per their own site

Make sure you do your homework and get the right backspace / offset
on the rims. That will affect if you rub or not more than tire width or diameter does.
Wasting money on something you don't need is never "cheap"

I'm gonna go with a 315 with a 70 width instead of a 35 with a 12.50 width and the rcx will give you clearance on the rear and front all that's on a adventure package h3 is te front TB spacer that goes on the bolt and the rear is longer shackles you can clear 35's with also. There is a h3 around town and I asked if it was lifted and he said he had the rcx 2.5 on it and when mine was beside his you could easily tell the hight difference and it was super sharp with the bigger tires and wheels

As they said above your wasting your money... The torsion bar spacer does not do anything. You still cannot safely adjust your torsion bars to more than 24" max center of hub to fender. If you want/ need shackles just buy them separately.
315/70R17 = 34.3 x 12.4 R 17 And that is in general all brands are different sized. There is no difference between a 35 x 12.5 R17 and a 315/75 R 17

There is no anti-leveling kit lobby group here. You ask for advice, we are trying to give it to you. Just because some home town nit wit pizzed away his $$ on a "rcx lift kit" doesn't mean you have to. We are trying to help.
If you think you just have to put longer or different shackles on the rear, skip the rcx crap, and buy a quality set of shackles alone after you install your new tires once you have had a chance to decide if you still need or want them. There are several available, better than rcx which IS cheap for a reason.

HUMMER79, if you want to run 35's there is absolutely no reason to even consider a "lift kit" as the 35" tires will fit just fine stock. In fact, a few folks have reported that AFTER lifting the front via the torsion bars (reindexing keys or t-bar crank) that they rubbed when before they didn't on 35's! The shackles on the rear are also not needed as the rear will easily clear a 35" tire. Putting shackles on the rear WILL keep the rear higher than the front, even after raising the front so if you want a "level" look then the shackles aren't going to help you there. You will end up with a lot more "air" under your fenders if you lift it, some folks like that look too.

This is mine on 33's next to a stock H3 with 32" tires in San Antonio last month. All I did was a t-bar crank in the front to 23.6 and a set of shackles in the back. The shackles weren't necessary, but I had a couple of obstacles back in Texas where I used to go that I wanted the extra break-over angle for. Going to 35" tires would only put my truck about 1" higher than you see in the pictures but would also mean a bigger hit in mpg for a daily driver.
