I thought about that, but cutting into fuel lines sounds to scary for me[sm=badbadbad.gif]
I wouldn't do it myself either, but I was not sure if you were handier or more mechanically inclined than I. Then again, I am a big chicken.

Well, that's one less thing I need to worry about maintaining.

Conversly..here in OKC due to recent biblical rains we've been having..
This made me think of H1's, H2's and H3's riding two-by-two up a large wooden ramp into an Ark.

Just incase anyone wants to know the easiest place to access the fuel lines is under the car right under the drivers seat.

There is even a quick disconnect there were you could install a filter with the right fittings and would never have to cut the gas line.

Accesses under the hood is not easy also remember there is a supply line and a vacuum line (I think its called a vacuum line). Basically

one line has gas and the other does not. I installed a Fitch Fuel catalyst on my H3 and this is where I was able to get to the fuel line.

I'm waiting for the day when a Jiffy Lube type of place tells me I need to replace the fuel filter, I'll say OK do it, and see if they end up charging me[sm=smiley15.gif]

I stopped filling up at the generic gas stations and now only go to either one of the Top Tier companies (chevron, shell etc.) since they have stronger/more cleaning agents than discount gasoline stations. I also run a can of BG44K through my tank every 10,000-15,000 miles on all of my vehicles.
