Default Fuel Cap Door - How to mount?

Hi People
I buy on Ebay door for fuel cap. But i dont get instruction how to mount this.
I have 3 bolts + door and 3 metal plates.
Door have 3M tape to "glued" to plastic around cap, 3 bolts and metal plates will hold door on palce.
But i have question:
How to take out this plastic around cap? Or just live it and mount on car?
Have some one exeprience with this?

Contact the seller or maybe contact Teakatoys and tell them you purchased an Aries fuel door w/o instructions. Maybe they will be nice enough to help you.

my fuel door's instructions were not the best, but i finally got my fuel door installed.

This is for a IAG gas door but probally mounts the same, hope it helps.

H3 Fuel Door Installation Instructions
1. Read complete instructions before installation.
2. Remove wheel well cover.
3. Remove gas cap.
4. Remove gas cap housing. Reach in behind housing press in on retaining tabs
while pulling outward on housing. Note: There are six (6) tabs be careful not
to damage them.
5. Remove gas cap from housing and replace on fuel spout.
6. Place housing face down. Place mounting ring on housing insert alignment
notch with slot in housing. Center mounting ring with top of housing; sides
should be even. Drill two (2) holes.
7. Remove gas cap. Place mounting ring around fuel spout; studs facing up.
Install mounting collars tall side up, snap in place and pull upward on ring.
Align ring so slot is at the bottom.
8. Install housing over ring placing studs thru holes drilled in housing. Push
housing into fender wall make sure that all tabs are engaged; this will ensure
. a proper fit. Push rubber lip of housing down around fuel spout. '
9. Place fuel door face down on a clean soft surface lock side to the left: Install
long mounting leg in the top -slot with the 90 degree angle up facing the center
of the ring using 10-24 screw provided. Install short leg into slot with the offset
angle up facing center of ring using 10-24 screw provided.
10.Open fuel door place gas cap thru opening and align holes on legs with studs.
Secure with 10-24 nuts provided. For best results get both nuts on and snug
check alignment of fuel door and then tighten down. Note: Do not over
tighten nuts this can result in the studs backing out of mounting ring.
l1.-Replace gas cap. Check fit and function.
12. Replace wheel well cover.
For long lasting bright chrome, make sure you keep you vehicle clean and free
of salt build up and road grime. Use the lAG Chr9me Care Kit for the best
protection on your Chrome. Ask your dealer about it today!

Its done Total maybe 20 min work. Thx for help.
Next step powder coating mat black , only cap
