Not sure what you are trying ot show.

The easiest way to see if your front 'hubs' or bearings are shot is to jack up each side, grab top and bottom and see if there is any movement. If so, chances are that at least your hubs are bad. Typically this will also lead to inner tire wear.

Looks like the tires are rubbing, are they larger than the stock 35?

 

Hard to diagnose from a pic. all I can tell you for sure is that your alignment is out. could be bearings, bushings, ball joints, tie rods, idler arm, pitman arm, bent frame and so on and so forth. need more info to help you.
