Front End Leveling
I just purchased a 2009 H3 Base. This vehicle is a 5spd manual. I'm looking at leveling the front end. I would also like to get rid of the front end lifting up so much when accelerating and shifting from 1st to 2nd gear. Any suggestions woudl be greatly appreciated.
when I leveled mine I just turned the torcian bars and measured,
first:
measure stock height
second:
jack up the front end (both sides) at the same time
third:
mark the bolts for a starting point
fourth:
turn torcian bolts a couple full turns then lower front end and measure
when measuring make sure you measure on same exact spot on the pavement and from the center of the hub cap to the bottom of the fender, after a couple of turns of the torcian bars drive vehicle around the block and re-measure, it took me about an hour,
other alternative get torcian keys and longer shocks, I did the method above about 15K ago and everything is good to go, only negative I found was that the front seemed a little more bouncier but nothing that anyone noticed not even for me after a while
