I would send that to the curb asap. 1st problem, you drilled holes into it,causing water intrusion(the inside of the tubes are not treated to prevent rust/corrosion. 2nd problem the hardware mount is plastic. Someone could use it and hopefully seal those holes you drilled and install it with more rigid mounts? I know I would, and reinforce the tube you drilled into.
