You know.... I used to consider myself a master of the google.... but yet...I spent 45 minutes looking for your answer and found NOTHING.... I did find an interesting article on how dangerous Hybrid vehicles are to the first responder.

The Bad thing about all this is if your a First Responder Vol Fire, Medic, Police or whatever Gm is supposed to give you $1000 on a MasterCard to be spent for lights, siren or anything else it says on a Flyer I found at a local Dealership, but no one knows how to apply? The Offer ran from January 3 2007 thru July 9 2007?

Your dealership should be able to give you the form that you need to fill out , you must include a copy of your
Department ID and any other type IDs you may have. The dealer then sends it in and you should get the card in
the mail. Mine was delevered to my fire house in my name.

At one point Wheelen was offering a whole lights/siren set up but it ended Dec 2006. I thought about trading in my 06 for an 07 just to get them but they don't make green anymore and I am not giving up my green H3!! Have you called GM to see if they have a promotions department??

Good luck!!

Yea, this was a cool program. I had my First Responder H3 outfitted with strobes, siren, etc. and it cost me more than a $1000 but it would have been nice to have that extra money towards it!

okay, here is what I have from my old paper work.
What you need is the "First Responder program Claim Form"

First responder program headquaters
PO Box 7049
Troy ,MI 48007
phone 888-588-8383 (m-f 8am-8pm eastern) I think this number is right it is hard to make out off the copy I have if not use the fax number to request the forms, I can read that one better.
fax 248-824-8086

Good Luck
