my Alpha did not come with them (dealer add-on)

 

My tactical didn't come with them but both of my wife's had them. We paid the extra charge for them though

I bought a set off of ebay....I think it's the parent company that makes them for Hummer.....The price was just to good, so I'll see once I get them.....should have them sometime this week! I don't know if I'll ever use them, but thought it was a good thing to have just in case....

 

My Alpha did not come with them. great pics. What do you think of the Alpha compared to your last H3?

What comparison???

There really isn't any.....two totally different trucks. My dad drove my first H3 and then the Alpha...more curiousity than anything. He liked the way my first H3 drove...before the steering shaft issues. You could feel the road a little better with the smaller tires.....I like the way the Alpha handles with the larger tires....I'm used to driving trucks with the larger tires.
I also like the stiffer ride (keep your minds out of the gutters!) of the Off Road Package to. The Alpha is also quieter on the road. You don't hear the engine noise as much as the I5. I do hear a little more wind noise....probably because it is a little higher up

 

I love the rig! Where r u from with all that snow? I just bought my 1st tonka toy and am cheesy from ear to ear! red h3! I'll call her "bigred"!

 

I like that color.... right up there with BW in my opinion...
