finally lifted
 

a few weeks ago i would like to lift my h3 a little and today i installed my 3" truxxx leveling kit and my 1" body lift.. over all im pleased with the look and feel but im still on stock tires for another week. i really couldnt ask for much more for that price only about $450 for everything eventually i would like to upgrade the rest of the susp. but dont exactly have the extra cash right now. can anyone suggest a decent 33-35" tire for the stock rim? i dont want to go any bigger than that because of the I5 which is already a snail

Toyo Open Country M/T 315's. There are others, but I have been driving on these for 2 years, I like them a lot, and can recommend them.

There's been a lot of questions on the body lift and so far I think you're the first one to put one on, so you'll have to tell us how hard it was and take good pictures of the gaps and things to help us make a decision. one vote for: 315/75/16 BFG KM2's.

yea im going to try and get pics up as fast as possible ive just been crazy busy the truck looks goofy right now on the stock wheel/ tire set up.

thats my friends 98 ram 1500 with 5" susp. 3" body lift and 38x13 tires the thing is a beast

I'm getting the toyo's for my H3T.

Don't mean to hi-jack, but I was thinking of doing the same thing. However, I was wondering if anyone has put the 35's on without the 1" lift? I know it's been discussed, but I have not come across anyone who has done this and taken there truck to the trails. Usually it was people simply putting 35'" steet tires.

Just need to know if it is going to rub too much

I am thinking of the BFG 315/75/16 m/t...

there have been some people on here that say you can fit 35" tires without doing anything but others say you cant, some people say just crank the t-bars to level the front end and others say get a leveling kit and i know there are people who say they have beer driving 3k + with just cranked t-bars But i didn't want to buy 35" tires and then not be able to fit them and i also didnt want to crank my tbars after talking to the guys at my dealership. the service manager at my dealership (De paula hummer, Albany N.Y) said problems occur around 5k miles and could most likely end up costing me allot more in the long run.
