the truth is that carbon credits aren't likely to help anything, hummers are certainly not a significant harm to anything, and Al Gore should devote himself deeply to making anime movies about the little boy who just couldn't, but complained alot

Celebrities and Politicians are huge hippocrites. This was most likley a stunt so she can get the most value for her truck back, write it off on taxes, and be friends with some leaf-lickers.
