jeeez read on man.. lol.. it was missing bolts that should have come with it... you silly goose..

 

found the bolts at chev dealership.. all good now... all installed...

 

I know, I know. I hadtyped my clever reply but got called away and came back later and hit post. After realizing you had it all figured, I could have edited it, but seems how my gaffs are so few, I thought I'd leave it up for posterity

What you have there now..Is a means for an escape convict to hang on underneath while you drive home across the river...

I was just joshing you of course..But in all reality, if you are planning on doing a lot of rockin and wheelin, then those undercariage protectors are the first thing I would have gotten for my rig...Smart move mate, enjoy.

 

Simple install, but a PITA by yourself and you don't have the normally supplied bolt packet or any instructions..

I've heard folks say start at the front and work your back.. I couldn't make 'em fit that way and had decided maybe they were the wrong part.. I started at the back and went forward and things fell in place better.. I still had to use a jack under the front of the front one to push it up enough to get the bolts to grab hold though...

 

Where did you get yours from? Do they seem "tough"?
