I don't know how true this is, but what Iwas told by aFord Dealer Rep. is that yellow can be very difficult to mix and when you do it on a large scale, you can end up with a large quantity of yellow paint with a green hue that cant be used. It's also more expensive to make than most the other colors. Even though the customers like it, the automakers don't.
As for resale, my wife and Ihad 94 and 95yellow Mustang GTs (yellow was avalable in 94 and 95 then on theCobra in 98)while I was working for a Ford dealership. My wife’s was on the lot less than 4 hours before it sold, mine sold before it ever hit the lot because the salesmen know I had ordered a new truck and called customers they knew were looking for one. I got top dollar for both of 'em in good condition and average to high miles.
I would have taken a yellow H3 if I had been able to get one at the time I was buying.

For me it's white on our H3. The newer grey metallic color is pretty nice too.

I think black is nice but every where you turn there is a black paint job. i like slate blue as you get a little of the dark side and a little of the lighter side. pretty good balance.

LOTS of SLATE BLUE love out there! Ok since nobody likes SOLAR FLARE apparently (zero votes as of this post)... I guess I can change that option to slate blue, so that you all can vote eh?

dang it! my vote is sitting in blue. how can i move it to slate? you'd think i'd support graphite now that i own one. i just miss the slate blue SO much
