factory alarm problem

Cool factory alarm problem
im having some major issue with the factory alarm since i got the viper aftermarket alarm the factory alarm has been acting up some time i have to wait up to 15min to let the factory alarm reset and can let me turn on the truck


==can the factory alarm be remove?
