FabFours to make bumpers for us!
I am new here but have been on CHO a couple of months. I have sent out an email to FabFours inquiring as to when they are going to start showing us some love. They make some really nice bumpers and I am trying to convience them to make one for us.
Heres where you come into play!
I need everyone to list some ideas of what the perfect bumper would look like. Easy enough right, I'm sure its been done once or twice!
Ill start us off by going first. I like the way the SMA Brushguards look and think it would be a very popular option for a bumper resembeling the one Fab4s already makes for the new wranglers.
If something like this went to production I would buy the first one.
Any ideas???

Matt,
When are you guys gonna make something for us H3 owners? We are stuck with only ARB to choose from for a hd bumpers and I would much rather have one of yours. You can log onto any Hummer forum and clearly see the interest in producing a product for us. I have started a post on club hummer offroad to see how many people would be interested in your product. Every week someone brings up a discussion about bumpers and it always ends with we just arnt a big enough brand. Any larger companies like your self could really capitalize on this. If you made something that looked like what you currently make for the 07+ wrangler, I know I can sell 10 of these within a month myself. If you took the design of an SMA brushguard and combined it with the said bumper, I believe you would be hard pressed to keep these instock.
We own Hummers, that normally means we have deep pockets. Pockets that are less touched by this depression we are currently going through. Our trucks are made to wheel and the vast majority of us do wheel. I know alot of people think Chrome and 26" wheels when the here Hummer but chrome wont get you home. What do we have to do to get you to make bumpers for us.
By the way mine is an Orange H3T Alpha that you can use as a test mule anytime. I already have a supercharger, lift, and 37" tires ordered and ready to be installed. I am wanting to finish all the big stuff on my Hummer before I move from Chattanooga, TN to NY to start at the NYPD Police Academy. My last big purchases are going to be bumpers.
Thanks,
Johnny Cantrell
Email I recieved from Matt,
Hi Johnny,
Thanks for the email. The H3 is one of the trucks that we are looking at to bring into the Fab Fours line up. I see you have the ARB on yours. Would you take that off to run a Fab Fours? If you wanted to help us get the H3 moved up the line as far as production goes there is one sure way to do that. If you know a lot of H3 owners from the forums we just need 25 committed buyers to do a production run. Obviously we would have to work out the details on the timeline and payment but if you think there is that much immediate interest in the H3, we could push it to the top of the list from the next application. What are your thoughts on that?
Thanks,
Matt

Matt,
Thanks for getting back to me! I know between the forums, we should be able to get 25 people. I would be the first to commit. I am not currently running any bumpers. The picks I sent you were just to show what we basicly wanted. As far as getting 25 comfirmed orders, I just need to know pricing, and some sort of sketch to take back to the forums. There is even one guy who ordered a tj bumper with a stinger from you and fabbed it to work on his H3. Some people like it some don't. I think a well designed bumper would sell great as long as pricing isn't through the roof! Just remember we own H3s not H2s so our pockets do have a bottom. Again, I thank you for your consideration and time and look forward to dealing with you in the future.
Thanks,
Johnny Cantrell
