Selling the tire carrier, yes it swings out...if you "need" the tire and stock wheel, I am open to negoitation....$300.00...Shipping is on you and paypal fees (Unless you are local and want to pick up..)

is this the swing arm for the back of the truck can u tell me around how much it would cost for the shippping to 11208 newyork and i dont need the tire so how much are we taking

 

I am at 95828...and the tire does not come w/it...would be too heavy...
If you want to checkout the price of shipping...it weighs about 55lbs...and if you send a lable, I will take to where ever you want, either fedex, ups or dhl...just let me know...so my price is still $300 plus the paypal fee of 3%...if you have a business to ship to, it is cheaper too..and yes it is the outside one, black...Thanks..
