This is something I noticed while washing off mud earlier. If you go on the passengers side of your truck and look above the torsion bar. Is your exhaust pipe crushed flat? It looks very restrictive in that spot. Im not sure if i jamed a rock inbetween up there or something.

Believe it or not, it's made that way...Mine was just like that too and mine never seen off road.

I haven't crawled under mine and scraped the mud and crud off to see what you guys are talking about, but I would assume the factory bent them like that to clear the torsion bar. I am curious if an aftermarket exhaust system would replace that part, or if it is one of the pieces that stay in place. Maybe a header change would be necissary to replace that piece.

it's crushed to clear the tortion bar, dumb *** design IMO. A typical Cat-back system will not chang this out, you would have to do a cat-foward system to the manifold to replace this section of downpipe.

lol did you really? And yes it looks stupid. I think it would've fit anyway. Im gonna cut it off and weld something together one day.
