Please state your year, mileage, modifications & engine when asking a question.

From the codes above sounds like a Bad PCM.

240 is a turbo code. 420 makes more sense.
Clear codes, and start over. Make sure battery voltage is good, with clean secured terminals, then get ready to check wiring and connectors. GL

Mine is doing something similar and it's intermittent.
My 2006 H3 has a total of 212000 miles but a new replacement engine was put in at 95000, so this motor has about 107000 miles on it..3.7 L 5-cylinder. No modifications.

I warm mine up usually about 3 minutes or so. When I leave my house and stop at the first stop sign, if I slow down at a normal or quick speed, it will stall out the first time, then the rest of the trip, it's warmed up and never happens again.
If I slow down at a slower than normal speed at the stop sign, it won't stall.
Anyone know why stopping slower makes it not stall and then once it's fully warmed up it does not stall at all.?

Sorry, if this is considered hijacking someones thread, I just did not think I should create a whole new thread for such a similar question.
As always thanks!

Cool

Start with the basics. Clean your MAF and throttle body. The dirtier the throttle body gets, the lower the idle drops until it begins to cause a stalling condition. I hadn't cleaned mine in awhile until Saturday. I started noticing that when I came to a stop my oil light came on indicating low oil pressure. I noticed I was idling below 500rpm and almost stalling. Took 20 minutes to clean things up, idle is back up to around 700rpm and things are back to normal.

Thankyou all for tips . I'm gonna let Gm dealer run diagnosis on it and go from there. This all started a couple weeks after a shop changed intake gaskets , and cleaned out throttle body too. I called shop and asked if maybe a wire got pinched off cause cold start issue started. They didn't offer to look at it either.
