Has anyone had issues with the factory Vizuologic DVD player? I have had a problem where there is no audio on the speaker of the headphones. I took it in to get it look at and was told that it was the IR transmitter. This was replaced but now less than a month later I am having the same problem.

 

I have the Vizualogic dual headrest DVD player in my H2. The only problem/complaint I have is the sound ONLY comes out of the IR headphones which are line of sight. This means you have to be sitting in the back seat with your head facing the DVD screen. If you turn your head to the side the sound stops.

 

They replaced the screen and IR transmitter on the passenger side headrest for me no less than a month ago. I was getting a clear signal even for the passenger in the last seat. Now, a couple days ago it started to act up. I get audio only in one speaker of the headphones. SO back to the shop it goes and now I am without my truck for another couple days.
