Has anyone done their own duramax swap, if not please don't comment. Has any one came up with a cooling stack that will fit in the stock cavity?

 

Mine is going under the knife probably around mid summer.

What year H2 do you have?

2003. I put a 2003 silverado running gear in it. I'm in Pierre s.d.

 

You could try one of the all aluminum radiators for the hummer but that still leaves you with the inter cooler.

I'm pretty sure that some of the places use a custom upper rad support and then do a 1" body lift. There are other ways I'm sure it just depends on how you do it.

 

I built my radiator support. That was the hardest thing to tackle. Everything else is just repinning a few connectors. Next one im going to use express cooling stack. Get the cooler piping on top of the motor rather than on the bottom, things get pretty cramped on the sides. How do you post pics?

 

Parts and labor i would be at about 14700. I have roughly 60 hrs in it. It was way easier than i thought it would be.
