You could try one of the all aluminum radiators for the hummer but that still leaves you with the inter cooler.
I'm pretty sure that some of the places use a custom upper rad support and then do a 1" body lift. There are other ways I'm sure it just depends on how you do it.

I built my radiator support. That was the hardest thing to tackle. Everything else is just repinning a few connectors. Next one im going to use express cooling stack. Get the cooler piping on top of the motor rather than on the bottom, things get pretty cramped on the sides. How do you post pics?
When posting select go advanced, look for Attach Files & manage attachments.
Another method is to upload to tinypic, imagur or what have you & use the image insert function of the [img] tag around the link.
