When should the DRL's be on and should they turn off automatically when driving lights turn on (when its getting darker)?

Has anybody taken power input for Halo's from the DRL's?

During the daytime when the auto-headlights are off and vehicle has started going the DRL's will normally cut on and yes, they will turn off once headlights cut on in any way.

Yes..... I replaced mine with aftermarket LED driving lights which have halo rings. I wired the halo rings to the DRL wired a switch inside to cut the driving lights on/off.

 

Cool! I plan to just wire the halo's to run the same cycle as the DRL's.

Btw, are the DRL 4.5"?
