I would go with the sensor mine did the same until I cleaned the dash board

 

The sensor seems god, if i cover it the headlights will turn on. If the relay is broken the light wouldn't come on because there will be no power to them, right? Do anyone know what kind of relay it is and if it is possible to buy it online.

 

H3sweeden, I believe you have a different DRL system then we have over here. You may want to find one of the european HUMMER forums and see what they have say about it. It sounds like you have gone thru the process of finding a defective part but still have no DRLs.

Stupid question, have you checked the bulbs??

I belive so to, I'm going to pull the relay and try to find a new one. I think the relay is the problem. (The bulbs are intact, its the same as my parking light and it works :-) ) Do any of you know a good online store to buy spare parts? Unfortunately there are no european forums, or more correctly, I haven't found one.
