The top section of my drivers side door mirror has started to come loose, when i phoned the dealer in the uk they said there is no way to tighten it i have to buy a complete new mirror. Does anyone have a suggestion of how to get inside it and tighten it up as i do not see anything in the manual. The vehicle is a 2006 H3/

Ther is a pdf you can download. These instructions for swapping out the mirrors will tell you how to pop out the glass so you can access the bolts to tighten it. Use something soft between the mirror and surround and you wont goof up the black plastic glass surround when you pop them out. Hope this helps. Good luck.
