The driver seat on my 03 H2 will not go all the way back. It has happened in the past in variations. Sometimes the button works in reverse so pushing it forward makes the seat go back and pushing it back makes it seat go forward. There have been times that the seat would go about 3/4 of the way back. This time it goes all the way forward and then will not go past halfway back and the button is working as it should. The tracks are clear as well. The programmed buttons 1 and 2, will not respond to any of their settings nor will the remotes which were programmed accordingly.

I removed the neg battery lead, which in the past has worked but this time it did not. First run yesterday I had it disconnected for 30 or so minutes and had the same problem. I disconnected it again for several hours and the issue is still there.

Does anyone know of a sequence that will work to reset the system? There is one that I use for when I change the oil and another that I use when the AC blows hot air on the passenger side only.

I was programming my 03 H2 over the weekend with a tech2 there was an update for the driver seat module that actually stated a fix for the seat directions switching. maybe you need that update.

 

Thank you. She is going in the shop for a rear driver side window regulator failure so Ill have them check it out.
