Does anyone else suffer from this odd problem of the footwells not getting warm? If I put my hand down there i can feel the hot air coming out up in the dash underneath the steering wheel area.. but it's like the air flow is so obstructed it never really blows down to the pedal area.

I do have 2 small holes in the firewall where cabling runs through but i've noticed this problem even back when I had 1 hole only and it was complete blocked up with sealant.

It's the most annoying thing having awesome heat throughout the cabin meanwhile your feet are freezing.... Any ideas on improving this?
