Sounds like your differential is shot... Does it have fluid?

you need to look at the differential fluid, you are looking for metal particles in the fluid. If this is there you likely have a bearing in your front differential that has gone bad

I Found that if I turn right or left the sound is getting low

check your front hubs
 
check your front hub assembly. they are notorious for failure

Yes I did .

My problem were the tires ( Hankook 315/70/17 ) made in 2010

Really? I have Hankook tires on my Jeep and love them... The ones for the H2 are D rated. Doesn't make sense...
