Default Door noises?

Anybody else hear a scraping noise when they open and close their doors? I hear it on all four doors and it just doesn't sound right for a brand new truck. My brother had this same noise on his nissan frontier and within a year it started to screech so loud everyone within 100 yards would look to see what the hell the noise was. I called my dealer and they said it was "normal"

On each door is a travel limit thingy about mid way between the hinges..Get some vasoline and rub it all over these things (tops, bottoms, and edges) and this should quiet the noise down.

that wouldn't work anyway, you'd have to reapply every time it rained or you washed your truck.

I have had this happen a few times now. I took teflon spray and tried wd-40 and sprayed the hinges with a good coat. This cleared it up for a few weeks thoguh. It always seems to come back though.

Mine does the same. I thought my son had over extended the hinge until I noticed the same on all 4. Just part of the charm I think.

Is the exhaust pipe supposed to be crimped square where it passes over the right side torsion bar. Noticed that when I raised the front. Kinda funky!
