not sure just caught a blurb maybe they are doing away with the dollar bill and just using a coin? thats why i posted just wondering lol

 

Yes they are minting a new $1 coin...this will be the 3rd $1 coin thus far in my lifetime I believe..typically most of us "Americans" don't care for them...too easy to give away as quarters if not paying attention for one thing and too heavy in the pocket or wallet.

 

If we are getting dollar coins as you suggest....then I'll take 10,000,000 of them. Thanks.

None taken here either. I actually like the coins. True, my pant pockets suffer a bit more, but can't say I was any happier with the old $1 and $2 bills.
