Since your the "Godfather" of the Hummer forum maybe you can answer my question? Just installed a skyjacker leveling kit,the mechanic stated that the ride may be sensitive and bouncy due to the kit and I need to install better shock's. What do you recomend to improve ride quality? And yes I know you probably gonna tell me that you heard this questions 100 times and to use the search function......lol

Godfather of the Hummer??? Not even close. I have a good handle on the 3, but the 1 & 2, barely a novice. Can we just say I have a good understanding of GM products and leave it at that?

I have never seen the skyjacker version. The kit did nothing to the ride itself, except that your fron suspension is no longer in contact with the bump stops, increasing upward travel of the front (nose dive if you mash the brakes). The stock shocks are not long enough to allow the full travel of the modified front suspension.

I would not call T Bar keys a "leveling kit", but "a waste of money" fits.
A bunch of my bruds are now running these: Trail Duty Bilstein Hummer H3 Front Leveling Kit This is all anybody needs to level out a 3 and do it right.
