Sorry, this is Friday isn't it? Got a 4-day for the MLK day and now I'm all confused. He's supposed to go Saturday.

Judging from his little letter that he wrote the other day, not much. I hope he walks out of there with a new one. He's going to be crushed if he doesn't.

 

we should start a new thread and have mike check in every hour that he's still awake I'm sure he will be dissapointed if he doesn't get a new one.....I got my h3 on the same lease he has on his, and also got it around the same time as him. The best I could get to trade in on an alpha would have run me $4000 down and $720 a month for 70 months!!! OUCH

 

OUCH! That's why I buy, leasing is good for some. I just like having the freedom to do what I want to and with it. Maybe you should start the thread, I'm sure this is kind of burried in here and he won't see it.

yea I hear ya about the leasing thing. Only reason I leased mine is because I bought it real early on when they first came out and didn't want to buy something that may have bugs that needed to be worked out. Which I am very happy about because my vin falls in the range of all the known problems so far. Once this lease is up I'm giving it back and getting a new one that I'll finance...too bad yellow won't be available[:@]

 

Not slamming you or anyone else that leases, please don't anyone take it that way. I personally don't like leasing. Case in point is my wife's H3, if I hadn't bought her 06 outright I never would have been able to buy her 08. The 06 was paid off but we only had it for a year, they would have killed us worse than they did trading in at the time. Hell, I traded in an 07 Silverado on my Tactical. Just too fickle with the cars to lock in like that.

You could always get it painted. You can still buy the paint. Wouldn't be cheap, but would be a one of a kind.

 

I used to lease EVERYTHING.....Just worked well with my taxes!!!

The H2 is the 1st vehicle in YEARS that I bought cause I knew I wanted to mod it!!!

 

Always bought. Hope Mike comes out ok and gets a deal he can do.
