I have a 2007 H3 3.7 engine that started loosing oil at a rate of 2 quarts over 20 mile distance, can not find a leak or any signs of a leak. No smoke no tailpipe residue. Any suggestions as to where the problem could possibly be.

Check your coolant for oil.

 

2qts in 20miles? check the oil filter.... GL

 

What color is your coolant?

 

I have a 2006 h3 with the 3.5L and have the same problem. It worried me at first, but that was three years ago and my engine has made it to 200 000km so it's not something I worry about anymore. Just keep it topped up. Btw mine never burned it or leaked either.
