I did a news search, and did not find his blurb? Is this some old rumor rehashed, or anybody know if it is current?

 

I hit the Hummer website, Hummerguy, HML and Google and could only find some article froma SF newspaper saying they had heard rumors based on slow sales. I deleted it.

 

Hey guys, I did read an article about 4 months ago, published by Hummer that if the sales of H2 2008 are as bad as 2006,2007 that they would discontinue the H2, I wish I would of book mark that stupid page.

 

I did find this, there might of been something going on a few months ago, looks like they worked out, H2 is safe for 7 more years!!

SOUTH BEND, Ind. ā€“ Officials from AM General and General Motors have announced that they have renewed an agreement to continue the production of the HUMMER H2 and H2 SUT at AM Generalā€™s Mishawaka manufacturing facility. The luxury off-road vehicles will continue to be built by the proud workforce of UAW Local 5.

The current agreement, which runs until 2009, is extended seven years until 2016.
