Very Nice I was able to get my stocks rims powered coated for $500 (thats for all 5 rims) on the same day... I didnt mind paying a slight premium to get it back the same day.

 

That's exactly the look I want on mine, I have the same color h2 also. Might have to plagiarize a bit here. Reminds me of that vw commercial where the guy wants to buy the same car as his buddy.

 

How did you black out the roof rails? same plastic coat?

 

Plagiarize away! I swapped the hood handles for all black on craigslist. Real easy to remove too. I removed all the plastic dip today. I stripped the fuel door only to find out that there was moderate corrosion. All the screws sheared off except for one. I replaced the screws, prepped and painted it black but will have to find a replacement. All I have left are the door handles...

Actually the rails I painted with Rust-oleum Painters Touch Ultra Cover 2X coverage Flat Black spray paint. Got it from Home Depot. I did that before my Plasti-Dip days. It has held up very well and as soon as I have reason to redo them I will in Plasti-Dip. That stuff is great and durable and washes well. send pics of the progress.
